When will my Cult Crackers arrive?
We try to get your freshly baked crackers to you as quickly as possible and ship orders within 48 hours. Depending on your location, that can take 1-5 business days.
We ship from our commercial kitchen in Berkeley, Calif via UPS or USPS and orders include tracking info.
If you need your crackers ASAP, we can express ship your order. Please email us and we’ll be happy to expedite your order using next-day air shipping.
What are Cult Cracker’s shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on orders of $48+ and a $6 flat-rate shipping fee on orders less than $48.
Can I add a gift note?
Of course! Let us know what you want to say and we’ll include a handwritten note in our best handwriting.
What if my order does not arrive or arrives damaged, stolen or lost?
Sometimes, the tracking information may claim an order was delivered, but it may take up to three or four days longer to actually be delivered. We've seen this happen with UPS deliveries
If the tracking information shows "delivered" and your box was not delivered, please wait a few days. If your order still has not arrived four days after the tracking date shows it was delivered, please file a claim with UPS or USPS directly.
Cult Crackers is not responsible for items that have been delivered, but are damaged, stolen or lost upon delivery. Please file a claim with UPS or USPS directly.
Does Cult Crackers ship internationally?
We are only able to ship within the United States.
